Untitled is an aluminium sculpture inspired by two clay artifacts discovered within the archaeological site of Rofalco, an ancient Etruscan settlement that developed between the late 4th and early 3rd century BCE. The site lies deep within the Selva del Lamone—a forest in northern Lazio, central Italy.
The two artifacts, now held at the Ferrante Rittatore Vonwiller Civic Museum in Farnese, are anatomical votive offerings in the form of a pair of feet. These ex-votos were likely devotional objects, left as acts of sanatio perhaps in hopes of healing joint or inflammatory conditions or as requests for divine protection before embarking on a journey through the forested and challenging terrain.

Untitled è ispirata a due reperti in argilla rinvenuti all'interno del sito archeologico di Rofalco, un insediamento etrusco sviluppatosi tra la fine del IV e l’inizio del III secolo a.C. Il sito si trova nella della Selva del Lamone, una foresta fitta e selvaggia situata nell’alto Lazio.
I due reperti, oggi conservati presso il Museo Civico “Ferrante Rittatore Vonwiller” di Farnese, sono ex voto anatomici raffiguranti una coppia di piedi. Si tratta probabilmente di oggetti votivi, offerti come atti di sanatio—forse nella speranza di guarire disturbi articolari o infiammatori—oppure come richieste di protezione prima di un cammino attraverso un territorio boscoso e impervio.
